Numeraire Future Trends at Photo London with Hilton Contemporary

Participating in Photo London last week has been nothing short of exhilarating. Representing Numeraire Future Trends at one of the most prestigious photography fairs in the world, and collaborating with the iconic Hilton Contemporary, has been an extraordinary opportunity to highlight how technology can protect and preserve a medium that is particularly vulnerable to counterfeiting.

Hilton Contemporary, under the visionary leadership of Arica Hilton, represents some of the world’s most renowned photographers and environmental storytellers, including Cristina “Mitty” Mittermeier and Paul Nicklen. These two legendary figures go to extraordinary lengths to bring their images to life. Paul Nicklen, often referred to as the poetic voice of the Arctic, spends months north of the Arctic Circle capturing images that offer a rare glimpse into fragile ecosystems. Cristina “Mitty” Mittermeier, a marine biologist and one of the foremost conservation photographers of our time, travels to the most remote parts of the planet to freeze fleeting human and ecological truths in time. Their work is not just technically exceptional; it is emotionally resonant and mission-driven.

As powerful as their photography is, fine art photography is especially susceptible to illicit reproductions and unauthorized use—an issue that undermines both the artist’s rights and the integrity of the work. That’s precisely where Numeraire Future Trends comes in. Our Digital Product Passport (DPP) technology creates a secure, blockchain-auditable identity for each physical artwork. Each DPP incorporates our patented Object AI Fingerprint, generating a unique, tamper-proof connection between a photographic print and its verified digital record. This ensures that authenticity can always be traced—preserving trust for collectors, galleries, and artists alike.

Hilton Contemporary has become the first fine art gallery to adopt our groundbreaking technology, making a powerful statement about the importance of innovation in the art market. We are deeply grateful to Arica Hilton for her support and forward-thinking leadership as we begin to onboard a cohort of world-class photographers and galleries into this new frontier.

From the icy reaches of the Arctic to the gallery walls of London, we are proud to play a part in ensuring these extraordinary images remain faithful to the artists who created them.
